Commercial Real Estate – Handles the acquisition of commercial property throughout the greater Chicago area and with an additional acquisition emphasis in Florida, Georgia, California, Texas, Nevada, Colorado, Wisconsin and Arizona. Extensive experience in medical office development and commercial leasing. Experience in private offerings and equity raised from accredited investors through Regulation D private placements. Experience handling 1031 exchanges and roll-up transactions. Obtained zoning approvals for a multitude of CVS Pharmacy® locations nationwide and closed lease and acquisition transactions.

Since co-founding the law firm of Vanek, Larson & Kolb, LLC in 2012, Andrew E. Kolb, Esq. utilizes his finance and accounting background to focus primarily on corporate, transactional, commercial real estate, zoning, land use, acquisition and development work. Mr. Kolb also represents numerous physician groups and independent doctor groups. Mr. Kolb routinely documents loans and credit facilities for multiple banks and lending institutions.
Mr. Kolb served as an adjunct visiting professor at the Small Business Development Center of Elgin Community College.
Since 2010, Mr. Kolb has been an authorized title insurance agent of Chicago Title Insurance Company regularly engaged in underwriting title insurance policies for commercial real estate.
Andrew E. Kolb received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business before earning his Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 1999. He was on the School’s Dean’s List. While in law school, Mr. Kolb was awarded membership in the Giles Rich Moot Court Honors Society and served as Research Assistant to Dean Harry H.
